Four more

It's 27 March today and in four more days, i would need to come out three more years files and reports....This is such a terrible case.

I am counting down, left four more weeks aka one month before this intern end. I promised to stay for another two more weeks in this company. I guessed so in monetary term, it's a correct decision.

I am not so sure what case would i be handling soon. Right now, i am just in a hope that this case would end. GET IT DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

I should sleep now. Night~~^^

The eighth

Counting down from 15 April, one more months or four more weeks left before i leave this company. As aforementioned in the previous post, it's a complicated feeling to leave or should i say, to choose to leave.

Within a month, seven had resigned and the eighth is appearing. He resigned as i expected. I heard about his plan to go for better opportunity in KL. Well, his resignation as the eighth is not to my surprise.

Seeing so many leaving, perhaps i should go for somewhere better, perhaps to a Company that could better take care of its employees--- be it in monetary term or career perspective.

I am not criticising the Company that i am currently in training with, it's just that maybe there is really somewhere better that could make eight people in a very short 30 days to made the same decision, the decision to leave for somewhere better, rather than being here.

Not to be denied, the people in this firm is really caring and willing to share, it is indeed a good place to learn, too bad, perhaps it's just not a better place to stay.

It's the very first time in this Company that eight left within a month, and i heard another two more are hesitating to leave as well. It's really hard to persuade people that the Company is compensating its employees well, isn't it?
