URGENT: mock meeting for BIO-Morphosis!!~~meeting minutes

Focus:
Sort out constructive and proactive strategies in order to attract more customers, improves sales and be the leading player in the industries.
Suggestion from Managers:
Finance Department
Signing a long term contract with Herbaline which would promise a long term supplies of beauty products at low costs.
Human Resourse Department:
Outsource professional abroad to increase product quality and efficiency of the employees.
Production Department:
Intention to be involve in producing own products in long term.
Facilities and Assets Department:
Request for increase in investment in more fixed asset to increase the reputation standard of BIo-morphosis.
Marketing Department
Boost up marketing locally as well as abroad. The strategies includes searching an ambassordor from public in every countries within ASEAN. Public person as ambasodor would decrease our cost of promotion and investment. Moreover, we would emphasis on our competitive advantages which is the all in one services in marketing the products.
Maintenance and Engineering deparment
Would collaborate with Human Resource and Finance Department for the Research and Development of New products in the company. The plan includes outsourcing abroad professionals and technologies to create quality natural beauty products.
Bottleneck:
insufficient of capital for all the plans to be conducted at the same time.
Meeting Outcomes
With consideration to the product quality and employees' professionalism priority, we made the following decision:
i)signing a long term contract with Herbaline. At the same time, invest in Research and Development of our own products in order to produce the own products in future and cut costs.
ii) Sending well performanced employees abroad for education of timely beauty informations with term and conditions instead of adopting 100% outsource foreign professionals
iii) Boost marketing with emphasise on our competitive advantages that is the all-in-one services and totally natural products. At the same time, choosing an ambassordor for each contries among the public instead of well-known artists.
iv)Taking over second-handed sophisticated facilities abroad at low cost instead of investing in newly products

with the above decisions, we are confident that Bio-Morphosis would be successful in attracting more customers, improving sales and be the leading player in the industry.
