Hurray~~~

Really glad that everything has finally come to an end. Since last trimester, preparation for the event had began and many obstacles and unforeseen contingencies had arised.

From this event, i learned a lot. We need to change to adapt and do whatever possible solve the contingencies just right in front of us, even when you are given only limited resources (may it be capital, time, and manpower)

The whole week before the event, i was busy preparing for Ecommerce midterm and the Race opening ceremoney stage decoration. Though the final result did not turn out to be what i desire it to be, i was satisfy for the outcome.

I would like to express my sincere gratitute to my two most cooperative working committees, Yoong Shen and Vanessa for helping me out in the process of preparing the stage decoration for the continuous two days.

Not forgetting the Program Department's assistance. The working committes of Programme department also gave a helping hand during the prepartion.

Special thanks to the HUI CHIN(the director), TAN YI HUI, HAU KIM SEN, LEE BAN MENG(really thanks a lot for accompanying us in material purchasing and eveyrthing, THANK YOU)STELLA FOONG( really thankful to you even you are not directly involved in this event, you still give a helping hand especially in painting all the words, you have talent in painting polisterene, maybe next time i should hire you for a good pay for painting my house), SOPHIE LAI, HOE YING YING, ANNE CHOW and LIM MEI HSIEN( really thanks alot for your helps and your companion all this while)

TO YI HUI AND KIM SEN, really thanks you guys for helping me in sewing. Even it is YOUR FIRST TIME (in sewing), you two had really done a great job~ YOU HAVE TALENTS IN IT>>> TRUST ME... ouh. i should have recorded the process of you two squatting there and sewing that piece of red curtain.

The stage design

Next, i would like to thank Sher Li, the Director of Internal Department for helping me out in the stage decoration too. She had given me lots of ideas and inpiration on sewing so that the stage design would turn out as how it was wanted to be( though it did not exactly turn out to be what i designed earlier) THANKS A LOT

I would also like to express my gratitude to Andy Poh, the Organizing Chairman of event, for giving me this opportunity to hold this post and contribute all i can to this event and

Raj, the Director of Marketing Department for showing his innocent faces all this while and for not bullying me in this event. ( just kidding, really thank you for the booth duties and your effort in marketing)

Tees of the event

For the success of the event, we could not forget to thank Mr. Eddie, the Play Village Person in Charge, for giving his guidance throughout the event and make the participants to enjoy to the fullest.

ACCA and SUNWAY, for giving the financial support.

Finally, thanks to Miss Marina Liaw the Sales Manager of QM sport Malacca, for rushing the tees for us and Seok Ling, my best friend, for lending a helping help on the event day.

Throughout the event, even there might be some unhappiness and some flaws, i truly enjoy the process of organizing this event and if i were given an opportunity to rate this event, i would give Race-2-Point 8 out of 10 rating. It is for sure a successful one~

Before i end this blog post, i would also like to apologize for any misconducts of mine. It is much regretted to cause any hard feelings and inconvenience to you guys.
