I wonder how she obtained my house number??? My photostated ic contains my phone numbers? The cips could not be read afterall. I am very positive that there are only three things in the purse. Would i get back all the items as promised???

Just yesterday( It was a black MONDAY arrrgghh!), I went to Malacca Central to request the Lady of KKKL counter whether that bus driver has passed any purse to her. The answer was a "NO". That's really dissappointing.
After that disappointment, i drove to HONG LEONG BANK of ONG KIM WEE road to cancel my ATM card service. On the day of lost, i had already reported the lost using HONG LEONG HOTLINE. I was informed that i could have a new card replacement for RM30 and termination of ATM card service FOR FREE. In other word, it's FREE to terminate my ATM card service. Since i seldom use that ATM card, i would definitely opt to terminate this service.
Seeing there is two ladies standing at the counter and the counter lady didn't seem to be busy afterall(SHE WAS CHATTING WITH A FRIEND OF HERS, i guess) i approached the lady wanting to ask about the ATM card service termination. SHE REQUESTED ME TO PRESS NUMBER AND WAIT.

It's 1180 and at that time, it was 1174.
There were so many counters. However, i only noticed 2 counters servising customers. The others, i had no idea what they are doing afterall.
6 more numbers. I waited for about ten minutes. It was finally my turn.
Knowing my intention, the counter lady said that there would be charges of RM30 for termination of ATM card service. After telling her that i lost my ATM card and i asked for a termination instead of a card replacement, she asked for charges of RM10. I argued with her of what i was informed was not conformed with what she was telling me right at that moment!
The lady suggested me not to terminate the service if i did not want to pay the charges and just ignore it since the card has already been blocked.
I decided to cancel my savings account and maintain no customer relationship with HONG LEONG.

It only took about a few minutes to answer my questions afterall. I had no idea why do i need to wait for that ten minutes, stupidly!
HONG LEONG Bank service is really very dissappointing.
FIRSTLY, The customer service is not in satisfactory level. They are not polite at all.I have to wait for 10 minutes just for that little request. Time and responsiveness are important factors for service industry. Furthermore, that was not the first time i was treated impolitely.
SECONDLY, HONG LEONG hotline service and counter service provide inaccurate informations. That's really unforgiving and would shake the reliability and trust between customers and banks especially in banking industry.
THIRDLY, They charge RM8 for the ATM card annually which would not be inccurred for other banks such as BANK ISLAM AND MAYBANK(as far as i am informed)
FOURTHLY,
The loans consultation service are not systematic and convincing.
LASTLY,
HONG LEONG provide insufficient or should i say ineffective ONLINE BANKING SERVICE. My friend complained to me that she could not even access to its web when she intended to check for her account balance online.
Due to the aforementioned factors, i decided to cancel this savings account of mine.
The above is solely my experience and personal opinion of Hong Leong Bank of Ong Kim Wee Branch. I do not take into account other branches of Hong Leong Bank.
