It's kind of weird combination to have "Poker Face" with Yoga today.

YOGA IN PAIRs in today lesson~

She wants us to know each other better. All this while, we have been practising yoga individually following the steps and instructions given in front, having little communication among other yoga friends.

A few more months, my yoga learning would be of two years. Though we meet in every yoga lessons, we might not even know who is each other, not even the names.

YOGA in pairs made us know each other better as we need to communicate to avoid injuring each other.

My partners today were Elizabeth (AKA Eli, same pronounsation as my "Ally") and Katherine. I was requested to change partner as i was not as same height of Eli. She was taller(Just a few centimetres.:) )

Another interesting activity of the day--> FLOATING

Nah... Not that advance yet till we can float with mediatation.

IT's lifting one of our yoga-mates who fully relaxed herself up to the highest level possible.( done in group of 12 of course)

I felt as if i were weightless being lifted high up facing the ceiling. A great experience for me~
