FOLLOW ME CONDITIONER SHAMPOO!

I just sat for my TAX II midterm in the morning.

I came out with 50 % uncertainties. I doubted if i could do well in this subject final paper.

I did blamed her, our "beloved" lecturer who follows the marking scheme unreasonably strict and reads through slides without any further explanation in the lectures.

My mood today is very complicated.
I was glad that the mid term exam is over but at the same time, i became unsure of myself. I was unsure how well had i actually prepared myself.

I am tired after one whole day loitering at MP and DP once after the mid term exam.

I feel myself stupid sometimes for doing things that i do not know why i am doing.

Till then, while surfing Facebook, i saw ENGSOC AGM slides which reminded me of AUTOSHOW APRECIATION BBQ NIGHT at Pandai kundur. I WAS IN THAT SLIDES!! We were snapped while we were washing hands with the FOLLOW ME CONDITIONER SHAMPOO i brought. I still had no idea why it was that funny that time where everyone was snapping photo of us washing hands with conditioners and laughing away??

In the end, we joined the laughter and the one whole group were laughing away.

Hmm.. they wondered why i brought one new big bottle of FOLLOW ME CONDITIONER to wash hands instead of the washing liquids?

It was for the sake of the group. There were quite a number of people there and i was afraid that one little bottle of liquid was insufficient to meet the demand of oily hands. Though being laughed, I felt no shy at all as i knew they were just kidding around and were thruthful right at that moment. In the end, we were all laughing together. THEY STILL USE THAT CONDITIONER SHAMPOO TO WASH HANDS~~~><

That was...ermm...in my beta year. two years ago..Thinking back, i smile from the bottom of my heart, mesmorising that funny moment. Though in the middle of the event, it was though to get through the hot weather and the sudden calls back to do the program books, it was totally enjoyable for me.

I was really happy at that time.

Not because of the success of the event, it's because of the people in the event.

Working in a really caring and sharing environment whereby SUMAY( the director of publicity division) was just like close friend of ours was really comfortable.

I still remembered her little puppy that barked fiercely but was too shy to step out from that little room of hers. Sumay told us that she was just too shy to meet the crowds.

In our path to pursue life and find out meaning of life, obstacles are just along the roads. In the journey of life, should i say the people that we meet determine the level of ease of clearing the obstacles and going through the difficulties in life? But one thing for sure, self attitute plays an important role in every stage of life.

In a cooperative environment whereby everyone works hand and hand instead of stabbing each other back and stepping each other heads , workloads tend to be lighter and life tends to be happier.

AUTOSHOW is not the only event that i joined. The joy of joining it and being part of it could never be found in any other event i joined.

i would forever remember that joyful moment.

No choice =a choice

I am an undecisive person.

Sometimes, it might be better if we are left with no choice but to commit that only choice.

As we grow, there are more and more decisions that we need to make. those decisions might change partly or your whole life.

To take up french for communication and culture or chess as my co-curiculum?

I doubted lots and weighted both pros and cons.

I still could not make up my mind.

Frankly speaking, i really dislike making decisions in life.

Along the path of growing, there would be more decisions to make.

As the poem ' Roads not Taken" by Robert Frost ( Now, i could understand it better)

Once you have taken the road, there might be no way back as you would meet more junctions and keep on your journey. In the end, you might not be able to get back to your starting point and make another alternatives.

Make wise decision is hard, it's really hard.

Miracles do happen!!!

Miracles do happen!

I can assure you of that.

It has been a week plus two days since i lost my purse with three things inside. Nope, should be four things.

I just received an envelop with four items inside: my photostated IC, my Hong Leong Bank Card, a Buddhist Card and my RM 50. ( all these four items are placed inside another white envelope as there was a RM50 inside)

The envelop was printed with Hong Leong Bank (URGENT)-
as shown in the displayed picture.

It cleared my doubt of why on earth the lady calling me would get my house number???

If my guess is not wrong, someone picked my purse passed it to one of the Hong Leong Bank Branch in KL. The lady who contacted me should be a Hong Leong Bank staff.

Here, i would like to express my deepest gratitute to the Lady who posted it back to me and to the one who picked my purse and hand it over to Hong Leong Bank Counter.
Really millions of thanks.
Ermm..Maybe my judgement about Hong Leong Bank Service is too pessimistic afterall. Hong Leong Bank does possesses ethical staffs.

She could just ignore the lost items and take away that RM50.

I am really happy today. I have to admit that i was being too pessimistic thinking that no one would have not taken that money and throw my pure into TONG SAMPAH straight away.

I got my RM50 back. Should i donate it off? Maybe~

I am very very very very worried. Seriously! Not because of results, not because of anything else. It's because of getting no news of a friend of mine out of a sudden.

I left a message for him asking him to call me back as soon as possible. Yet, till today, my calls are diverted to voice mailbox and i still could not get him.
Hui Chin told me that the Eng Soc president told her something worse than Tuck Huey resigning the Director post happened and it would be announced this coming Monday or Tuesday.
I am so worried right now. I feel like crying~~~
I really hope Tuck Huey is alright.

He's an asthma patient.

I really hope that what happen to Chrissy years ago would not happen again~

I am really sorry for bullying you all this while~~~

I received a call early this morning. It was a KL girl who picked my purse which i left in bus on the journey back from Genting last Wednesday(3rd June). "Awak XXXXX XXXXXXX eh ? Awak hilang atm card kan? awak mia purse hilang dekat bus"

"Yeayae"

"Awak mau ambil balik??"

"Mau."

"Bila awak mau ambil balik??"

"ermm. Sekarang kau kat mana??'

"Saya kat KL . "

"ermm. Boleh post ke address saya??"

"Yang XXXX tu kat IC itu eh ??'"

"Yeayae"

"Tapi purse awak tu tebal lar, macam mana nak post, nanti tu hilang?"

"ermm boleh post document itu saja??"

"oo. yang purse itu buang lar??"

"yeayea"'

"ohh... kkk"

"Thank you very much yea..."

Then she hung up.

It was eight in the morning. After that call, i backed to my cosy bed. It was like a dream for me after so much disappointment yesterday. Aiks... I should have asked for her phone numbers in case she didn't post back or anything. The purse consists of an ATM card, a photostated ic of mine, and RM50. It was an additional purse i brought in case of emergency.

I wonder how she obtained my house number??? My photostated ic contains my phone numbers? The cips could not be read afterall. I am very positive that there are only three things in the purse. Would i get back all the items as promised???

Just yesterday( It was a black MONDAY arrrgghh!), I went to Malacca Central to request the Lady of KKKL counter whether that bus driver has passed any purse to her. The answer was a "NO". That's really dissappointing.

After that disappointment, i drove to HONG LEONG BANK of ONG KIM WEE road to cancel my ATM card service. On the day of lost, i had already reported the lost using HONG LEONG HOTLINE. I was informed that i could have a new card replacement for RM30 and termination of ATM card service FOR FREE. In other word, it's FREE to terminate my ATM card service. Since i seldom use that ATM card, i would definitely opt to terminate this service.

Seeing there is two ladies standing at the counter and the counter lady didn't seem to be busy afterall(SHE WAS CHATTING WITH A FRIEND OF HERS, i guess) i approached the lady wanting to ask about the ATM card service termination. SHE REQUESTED ME TO PRESS NUMBER AND WAIT.

Sweat~

It's 1180 and at that time, it was 1174.

There were so many counters. However, i only noticed 2 counters servising customers. The others, i had no idea what they are doing afterall.

6 more numbers. I waited for about ten minutes. It was finally my turn.

Knowing my intention, the counter lady said that there would be charges of RM30 for termination of ATM card service. After telling her that i lost my ATM card and i asked for a termination instead of a card replacement, she asked for charges of RM10. I argued with her of what i was informed was not conformed with what she was telling me right at that moment!

The lady suggested me not to terminate the service if i did not want to pay the charges and just ignore it since the card has already been blocked.

I decided to cancel my savings account and maintain no customer relationship with HONG LEONG.

Heaven~~

It only took about a few minutes to answer my questions afterall. I had no idea why do i need to wait for that ten minutes, stupidly!
HONG LEONG Bank service is really very dissappointing.

FIRSTLY,
The customer service is not in satisfactory level. They are not polite at all.I have to wait for 10 minutes just for that little request. Time and responsiveness are important factors for service industry. Furthermore, that was not the first time i was treated impolitely.

SECONDLY,

HONG LEONG hotline service and counter service provide inaccurate informations. That's really unforgiving and would shake the reliability and trust between customers and banks especially in banking industry.

THIRDLY,

They charge RM8 for the ATM card annually which would not be inccurred for other banks such as BANK ISLAM AND MAYBANK(as far as i am informed)

FOURTHLY,

The loans consultation service are not systematic and convincing.

LASTLY,

HONG LEONG provide insufficient or should i say ineffective ONLINE BANKING SERVICE. My friend complained to me that she could not even access to its web when she intended to check for her account balance online.

Due to the aforementioned factors, i decided to cancel this savings account of mine.

The above is solely my experience and personal opinion of Hong Leong Bank of Ong Kim Wee Branch. I do not take into account other branches of Hong Leong Bank.
