Sciencetifically, it is proven that rainbow would be seen after rain and i had seen once at the age of ten(maybe, couldn't rmb how old was i ). If it's asking whether i believe in finding a solutions after the down, i would say~~" not everyone could see the rainbow after rain~"

5. What are you afraid of losing the most now?

i am afraid of losing my teeth??nah~~ just kidding... i

am afraid of losing each and everyone in my life because life is so precious~

Kind of similar to what's stef would do~ i would donate 40%, invest 50%, spend 10%(guess so people with common sense would do this)

I'm quite agree with the tagger's opinion. However, i still wish my another half would be someone who has an appropriate occupation in the future( wouldn't you want to be with a raper or a robber, would you??). Most importantly, i wish that my another half would not be a MCP~( MCP --Male Chauvinistic Pigs!!!).

Being lonely and "wuliao" during the semester break, i followed ying ying and her mum to Batu Pahat for shopping yesterday~~ See what i grab-->

Item Grabbed:

• One shorts of white strips in black colour(RM 29.90)---arrgghh..though i know mum's going to nag at me..i still bought it..heehee...i just like shorts so much~

• One T-shirt of black colour(RM17.90)

• One Heels of beige colour from Vern's shoes house(RM 27.90--discount from RM 55.90)

Total expenses for the day: RM78+

ermm.. after one whole day of walking up and down , scanning the shops we stepped in, from shoes to clothes to shorts... i found that Batu Pahat and Malaka share one similar thing. Both place people prefer to wear casually when they are out shopping~~(c0mpared to KL).. Surprisingly, we(me and ying ying) met one of our friends from MMU---what a coincident huh??

What's differences? Batu Pahat mall are more spacious fitted with more variety of shoes "ya"and fashion boutiques. Moreover, some outfits there are relatively economical than Melaka. At there, you could easily find something that you need with reasonable pricing~ Thus, it is a not bad place to shop at~~

Setting: night, cooling

I feel so relieved right now~~~ Today was my last paper, Principles of Finance. It would be our last semester in Beta year( first year in degree).

After three months of hard works, it is OVER!! or maybe it is just a BEGINNING??(quoted from" who move my cheese" parable)

Beta is over and we are all heading for a new CHEESE-Gamma which i believe would be a much more challenging one~~This long semester with 6 subject( consists of three core subjects, two languages and a foundation subject) was really stressful~IMAGINE yourself sitting for two language paper in a day and three core accounting subjects which served as a pre-requisite in a week time~( the consequences of failing one of the pre-requisite would be--> suspended for one academic year, which mean you would not be graduating at the year you're supposed to be~serious huh!!!???). Though the Beta year is over, but deep in my heart, i know that it was just a warming up for the MARATHON~ .

Wish MMU-ians,

I am glad that this semester Japanese class has finally come to and end and i have successfully learn the basic of Japanese language. It was an amazing thing to learn a language in such a short time-12 weeks. However, whatever that we were learning would be the fundamental of Japanese language. The real essense of Japanese is still far more from our achievement. Here, i wish to thank our beloved Japanese teacher, Adeila Sensei who has been a considerate and helpful sensei ever. As it is a Japanese culture to have a class party after the end of each class, Adeila Sensei bought us three cakes today~~ as a token of appreciation. in fact, she bought cakes for each class she has and she has 7 classes. Japanese culture is really interesting~Frankly speaking, Japanese is much more easier compared with other language such as Chinese. Though i am chinese educated, i am positive that to empower chinese language in 12 weeks time would be more challenging compare with Japanese as chinese has more elements and history to master. However, to learn Japanese or any other language in 12 weeks really requires hard work and memorising skill. Or else, it would be an impossible mission.

Finally, before i end my blog and head for study for the final. i once again thank the Sensei:

Focus:

Sort out constructive and proactive strategies in order to attract more customers, improves sales and be the leading player in the industries.

Suggestion from Managers:

Finance Department

Signing a long term contract with Herbaline which would promise a long term supplies of beauty products at low costs.

Human Resourse Department:

Outsource professional abroad to increase product quality and efficiency of the employees.

Production Department:

Intention to be involve in producing own products in long term.

Facilities and Assets Department:

Request for increase in investment in more fixed asset to increase the reputation standard of BIo-morphosis.

Marketing Department

Boost up marketing locally as well as abroad. The strategies includes searching an ambassordor from public in every countries within ASEAN. Public person as ambasodor would decrease our cost of promotion and investment. Moreover, we would emphasis on our competitive advantages which is the all in one services in marketing the products.

Maintenance and Engineering deparment

Would collaborate with Human Resource and Finance Department for the Research and Development of New products in the company. The plan includes outsourcing abroad professionals and technologies to create quality natural beauty products.

Bottleneck:

insufficient of capital for all the plans to be conducted at the same time.

Meeting Outcomes

With consideration to the product quality and employees' professionalism priority, we made the following decision:

i)signing a long term contract with Herbaline. At the same time, invest in Research and Development of our own products in order to produce the own products in future and cut costs.

ii) Sending well performanced employees abroad for education of timely beauty informations with term and conditions instead of adopting 100% outsource foreign professionals

iii) Boost marketing with emphasise on our competitive advantages that is the all-in-one services and totally natural products. At the same time, choosing an ambassordor for each contries among the public instead of well-known artists.

iv)Taking over second-handed sophisticated facilities abroad at low cost instead of investing in newly products

with the above decisions, we are confident that Bio-Morphosis would be successful in attracting more customers, improving sales and be the leading player in the industry.
