I suddenly feel worried.

I just realised how shallow my knowledge is on TAX. There are so many more laws and regulations regarding Malaysia tax that are yet to be discovered. I realised that what i have been learning and knowing so far is so shallow.Not just in TAX, perhaps in many more fields. In real world, i doubted my ability to survive.

I did not know where is the promoted areas or should i say, i never realised its existence.( Promoted areas: Sabah, Sarawak, Perlis, Easter Corridor like Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and District of Mersing in Johor)

I did not know in details the restriction of S33(2) Interest Restriction.( N/A when Individual less than Rm 6k, Companies less than RM 10k. Interest allowable for trade related activities)

Lots more on tranfer pricing, lots more on reinvestment allowance, lots more on the IRB rules and penalty for inaccurate tax estimates, lots more on ex-gratia payment, lots more of Double taxation etc etc.

To be frank, i know very little of them.

Today is Stage1 for Deloitte Tax challenge 2010 individual level.

Well, i participated.

I just did my best, banking not a really big hope to be qualified to the second stage. When i read through past year questions on both stage two and three, i feel discouraged.

Tomorow would be Internal Quiz for IVAQ--> i know it would be another "killing my self-esteem" moment for me to realise how little that i had actually learned.

Aiks. really need to do more research and update myself with more news as well...

Time : four fourty five in the morning

Good morning, This would probably be the " earliest" post i ever posted. But the thing is via offline.The line of late really sucks. It loads really slow. I used to take hours to download an episod of drama, now i took days to finish downloading an episod. i just hope that it wont distort to months.

if you know me long enough, you should have known that i don't sleep late and i should be sleeping right now. Moverover, i would only be availabe in the noon by the earlist. Why am i here right now? blogging in such an hour?

i am on bed right now, typing this post in notepad while waiting for the stupid blogspot page to load. and yet. it's still at twenty nine percent.

i have not been sleeping well lately. I have no idea why. and due to this, my skin condition really worse off. my skin has become more oily and there are acnes over my face.Worse still, the eyebags are really heavy with dark circles.

i have no idea why i could not sleep well at night. or should i say, i could not sleep at night. is it because i sleep too much in the day ? or is it because of the unaware stress that i am under? Am i really in stress? in almost all the aspect i am in now, all the aspects are quite smooth actually, there is nothing much to be stress of. Am i unconsciously under stress yet i am unaware of and that cause me to be insomic?

i am tired, yet i could not sleep right now. i has been roliing here and there on bed.

That's 光酥餅。 there is nothing special about this biscuit. IT 's just my childhood favourite food. Including the raisin on top of itTo be frank, there were only finger-could-count amount of my childhood favourite food. among them were these two: 光酥餅 and raisin ( currently, i am real phobia of raisin. not even raisin on the bread. i had had EMOUGH of raisin. Aunt used to buy me packets and packetsof raisin and i used to had packets and packets of raisin everyday during my chuldhood time... talking of raisin now really make me feel gross.)

i remembered the kidergarten teacher used to distribute this buiscuit to us during recess time. i had never had it before. I liked it.When i saw the busicuit in the supermarket, i told mum : mmum, thats the busicuit teacher ditricuted.. it taste yummy..."

it has been years ever since i last tasted it. it has been years ever since i woke up this early. we used to wake up as early as six thirty and be ready for school at seven.it's a long lost taste, long lost feel, lost lost routine that we had gone through....

Sometimes, we just don't realise how things was actually going around us, because we were so near to the objects that we don't even realise that it was actually not round in shape. But rather, it is a square.

Just like the CASTLE Story about Marriage.

The people in the castle are always in their effort to escape from the castle while the people outside the castle are trying everything possible to get into the castle. Right till you are in the castle, you would have forgotten the reason of entering the castle in the very first place, right till you are in the castle, you would have forgotten how beautiful that castle was. Rather, you would only see the things around you, the things that are so near to you that you cannot see

what it actually was, what it was caused of etc etc.

In our life, we would only realise what we missed when we missed it , what we had done wrong when the consequences had already taken place...

We are always chasing what we dream of but forget what has always been in our hands... we forget what we already had, but would only take into account of what we do not have as compared to others.

we always want to grow up fast and be like and adult when we were kids, don't we?WELL, I DID~

Right till we are adult, we would rather to be a kid. How ridiculous it seems?

When i see the similar mistakes around me and mishaps in front of me( perhaps an accident right in front of me), i would realise how silly was i when i did the same mistakes as they did, how careless was i when i met that accidents, how irrational i was at that moment..

I appreciate what i have right now, what i am in right now...... I would be graduation soon. It is really awaiting.Indeed, i can't wait to enter into the next stage of my life though i know it would be harsh, it would be tough to undergo a change. but once you overcome it, it should be fine...

I JOINED for the 1st year

Today is 23 June! IT"S JUSCO MEMBER CARD DAY!

Well, this is the first year i join in the shopping crowd and headed to JUSCO IN AYER KEROH as early as 8am.

Before i even reach JUSCO, i saw indicators of cars congesting at the entrance...

I was on the thought of " DARN, no parking, where would be the " FURTHEST YET THE NEAREST" i can park.

Unexpectedly, the parking in JUSCO was not full yet. Instead, the parking lots located beside the building( near the entrance towards JUSCO FOODCOURTS) was empty!!

UNBELIEVABLE!!

IT WAS SUCH A SMOOTH MORNING !!

I parked very very NEAR compared to WHAT I WAS EXPECTING last night

I was even waiting with a bunch of people outside the entrance at the right wings of JUSCO( the food court entrance) as JUSCO OPEN ITS BUSINESS ON THE DOT at 8am.... i met a housewife with a cute little girl..." the little girl was really cute, she was awaken early in the morning just to shop as me~^^"

WHEN the door was opened, some of them were running into JUSCO.....

No.... I WAS WALKING SLOWLY towards where i was supposed to be

Well, you must be thinking " WHAT A CRAZY GAL!! SINCE WHEN ALLIE BECOME SO AUNTY ?"

Of course i have my reasons to be a SHOPAHOLIC FOR JUST ONE DAY ...maybe SOME TIMES...

I expected morning session of this SHOPPING SPREE should be less congested, so i chose to shop in the early morning. The main point is , the after-discount formals were very ECONOMICAL ~ and i really need to make a little purchase before i going internship.

You could not be wearing the few same shirts and pants for the five days per weeks and for every week, could you?

It offered as much as 70 percent discount~ of course i would SHOP like CRAZY girl especially when i FINALLY found the right cuttings and sizes that can fit me well.

NICKOLE!!

This brand is recommendable~ its smallest size is XS .. REAL XS ....

I found other brands like SEEDS sizes and cutting kind of big even with the smallest size of "4"

It really looks untidy to have slaggy slacks, doesn't it?

I was not that CRAZY as what you were thinking. I stayed for only half an hour after getting the attires i asked the sales girl to keep for yesterday.....

It was a FRUITFUL shopping day for me. I GOT WHAT I WANT AND WHAT I NEED just at THE RIGHT TIME ....

At the same time, i CREATED my very first record that is to SHOP AS EARLY AS 8AM and being the FIRST BUNCH TO ENTER JUSCO when it opened for business at 8am for the first time in year 2010.

Mood: with exhausted body!

I am backed!

From Subang Grand Dossert today in the evening.

It was a tiring yet enjoyable journey. Though the "uNite" was a bit disappointing with unorganized program flow and unreasonable arrangement(late comers would have to walk around, socialising, indeed i found it was rather like a FASTER-GRAB-A-SEAT-OR -YOU'D-BE-ELIMINATED childhood game,it was unfair as those who came late also paid for the same ticket prices), i enjoyed my this journey.

The problem of this u-Nite was that there was nothing mesmorising. It was rather a photo-session or cam-whoring session for the whole crowd who wore grandly for the day.

The food was "normal" and below the expectation. I could see most of the people standing outside the ballroom cam-whoring and "sociallising" before the prom nite even ended. Worse still, we were so engrossed in cam-whoring and if you ask me what' s the attractive performance of the day?i would probably shrug my shoulder and say " i can't remember!"

We did not have sumptuous or even a proper meals for the whole two days~ We were STARVING. Hence, before we head home for Malacca, we pampered ourselves with set meals in FULL HOUSE.

It has really got its competitve advantages and they are certainly distinctive one!!

we were seved well. moreover, i saw a pair of waiter and waitress joined in the customers and sang Birthday Song for the birthday boy( or girl, i don't know). It was warm. i had experience having dude waiter holding the whole box of birthday cake to the table.

It's not only a food heaven with variety of food. It is also an avenue for shop.

Despite all the competitive advantages, Full House's system of food ordering should be further improved. We found it rather confusing while adding additional order.

Tomorrow would be Cyberjaya Prom Night to be held in Subang Grand Dossert.

The day has finally arrived. with the anxiety of waiting its arrival and the hectic preparations ( from dinner dress to shoes to make up and other accessories preparation to be done within less than one month), it finally arrives and it's tomorrow!

I have just done my packing~ Finally manage to squeeze everything into one recycle bag. Here you go: one recycle bag, one comestic box and a hand bag!

Hope tomorrow would have an enjoyable night.~

Busy Weekend

Mood: Heavy eyelids

Today is 17 April. i am left with six more days before the prom event. Well, i am 80 percent ready- i found my dinner dress which cost me RM110( despite that high price, i simply just like it.), i got my high heels which cost me RM54 and others necessaries to attend a prom in a "good" shape.

it has been a busy weekend. From Friday till Sunday( tomorrow), i need to wake up early in the morning for presentations and FBL special programs. Friday's Advanced Management Accounting was a smooth one. As for today FBL Special programs, it was rather frustrating not for me but for others.

It is a common sense that one would feel appreciated when he or she is remembered. Or should i be more specific, when names are remembered.

Despite that simply common sense, i have no idea why would i get two certificates and a look-like-quite-grand wooded "statues" with my names not printed on them today.

( well, i still thank FBL for granting me this award, THANK YOU! and of course, i appreciate it)

where is my name?

Surprisingly, the other top-15 ahievers did not obtain any acknowledgement certificates but rather a certificate of appreciation as participants. Again, these certificates were acknowledging no ones.

Why is it acknowleding no one?

I could understand everyone's frustration with the" blank" certificate of appreciation as PARTICIPANTS. the certificate is not the only causes that drive everyone's frustration. It is the half-day time being spent that makes them feel not worthwhile.( time is essentially precious when finals are in the corner).

Well, let's look at the positive side of this program.

Instead of seeining it as a program to improve academic performance, i would rather treat it as a channel for MMU to receive feedback from its undergraduates.

We were divided into groups to "share" our thought about MMU with the facilitors( my facilitator was Ms. Wendy Teoh who has been teaching in MMU for four years, married with one two-year-old son, an ex-MMU student who major in Degree in Enterpreneurship)

Well, what else could you expect from this one-hour sharing ?

Non other than the INSUFFICIENT CARPARK ISSUE and the INEFFECTIVE YET CUMBERSOME ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION.

(There were also other favourable and unfavourable feedbacks about MMU)

The issue of insufficient carparks does not seen to be successfully solved by MMU management.

Even with the NEWLY-in-the-middle-of-the-FOREST carpark( i found it is kind of embarsassing to show oursiders or those who are interested to join MMU that that was actually MULTIMEDIA UNIVERSITY STUDENT CARPARK ). In my opinion, the carpark provided should be at least filled with tar road instead of the rocky roads?

Despite the far walking distance and the rocky road( could deplete tyres easily), the safety of the carpark is yet another concern( A board showing " park at your own risk " is displayed at the entrance of the carpark). Even CCTV is installed and security guards are there( sometimes) guarding the place, it is still an issue of concern whether that place is safe to park. or rather, i should say, that roards walking toward that desserted carpark is safe. CCTV as all of us know ( especially for those who has taken AIS ) is a detective control rather a more valuable preventive control.

Its effectiveness in ensuring our safety while walking towards the carpark is doubted!

As for the ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION SYSTEM, i had a quite bad experience this semester and i believe most of the MMU juniors had worse experience. It should be improved!

Especially the manual course registration system! i am tired to commenting on this system.

Tommorrow would be strategy's presentation. It's the last assignment for this trimester.

Wish all of us the best with the participation of OPRAH CHOW and JayZZ in our presentation tomorrow.

I am extremely exhausted!
