the 12 hours outing-->PART 02:Yoga

Date:20 March 2008(Thursday)
Time: 6-7pm
Location: City life Yoga centre(opposite Econsave)

After leaving my friend's house, i took the Jelutong-Malim Road and headed to my Yoga Lesson that was suppose to start at 0615 pm. i reached there within 20 minutes!!! ( i adhered the road regulations all the way, i swear~~)
As usual, i reached there and went up to the highest level for my 45 -60 minutes yoga lesson. That class was packed with UNCLEs & AUNTIEs and i believed i should be the youngest there. SURPRISINGLY, that class was the most packed class ever since i attended the yoga lesson a month ago. Sometimes, there would be only one student for a yoga class.(so big contrast yea??) Yesterday, it was around 20 people?? and i saw a lot of middle aged men there too. See, YOGA IS NOT FOR FEMALE ONLY!!! It is a relaxation exercise for all walks of life even small kids like Jonathan(fei po wern wern's brother of who is now a primary school student)~~ We waited for minutes and all of us wandered why the yoga instructor was so late yesterday~~ ermm, at last, she arrived and we had our yoga lesson.
She taught something yesterday~ the another way of yoga breathing:
  • sit yourself into lotus pose
  • relax your self
  • straigten your spine
  • make yourself as comfortable as possible
  • use your right thumb to close your right nose
  • inhale with your left nose
  • release your rigth nose
  • close your left nose with your right middle finger
  • exhale with your right nose
and the cycle goes on
tips: the speed of breathing should be made as slow as possible~~
At 0722pm, the lesson ended....arrgghh, i knew i was late~~for the dinner with Soek Ling and Tze Hwei~~I rushed home, bathed and headed to "De feel" for dinner. I was so delighted as i didn't lost myself!!! again!!
